Leadership Assessments & 360 Feedback

I integrate leadership assessments and 360 feedback into my coaching practice to provide a clear, objective foundation for understanding individual and team strengths, patterns, and development opportunities. These tools help surface what is often unspoken—supporting self-awareness, alignment, and intentional leadership growth.

Let’s Discover Your Strengths and Challenges

Whether you are revealing your edge, leading a team, or building a healthier workplace culture — I will partner with you.

Assessment Tools I Commonly Use

Hogan Leadership Assessment

Insight into leadership strengths, derailers, and reputation under pressure.

EQ-i 2.0

Insight into emotional intelligence: how well someone manages their own emotions and responds to others.

iEQ9 Enneagram

Insights into motivations, patterns of thinking, and growth edges.

360 Feedback

Real-world perspectives on leadership impact and behavior.

DISC

Insight into communication style and its impact on team dynamics.

Assessments inform the work; they do not define it. Insight, integration, and application are where real change occurs.

Hogan Leadership Assessment

The Hogan Leadership Assessment is a suite of personality assessments used in leadership development and talent decisions. Hogan has at its foundation three components of personality that shape our interactions: identity, reputation and social skills. It reveals strengths, risks, and values to help organizations better understand how individuals work, lead, and respond under pressure.

EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence Assessment

EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence Assessment a self-report assessment tool used to measure emotional and social intelligence. The assessment highlights 15 competencies across five key areas: self-expression, interpersonal skills, decision-making, and stress management. The results emphasize the importance of understanding and managing emotions, both in oneself and in others, to enhance performance, relationships, and overall well-being.

DISC

DISC assessment is a behavioral assessment tool that helps individuals and teams understand their strengths, preferences and needs in the workplace. Based on four core styles—Dominance (D), Influence(I), Steadiness(S), and Conscientiousness(C), the tool offers practical insight into how people communicate, handle conflict, solve problems, and respond to stress.

The Enneagram

The Enneagram is a personality assessment that identifies nine distinct personality types based on core motivations, fears, and behaviors. It promotes self-awareness and personal growth by revealing how core beliefs shape how we relate to the world, others, and ourselves. The Enneagram highlights both patterns of stress and pathways for development, offering powerful insights into strengths, challenges, and interpersonal dynamics.

360 Performance Feedback

360 Performance Feedback is gathered through 45-minute interviews with selected colleagues, offering valuable insight into how a leader shows up, gets work done, and collaborates across the organization. Feedback covers key leadership competencies such as engagement, communication, relationship-building, trust, decision-making, innovation, and driving for results.

Testimonials: Reflections Beneath the Surface

Just beneath the surface lies powerful insight and transformation. These reflections speak to the depth of the coaching experience where clarity emerges, and personal truth comes to light.

One of Natasha’s many talents is her ability to develop trusting relationships with executive leadership, gaining buy-in through a collaborative consulting process. She has the unique ability to assess situations and navigate through the “noise” to get to root causes. She does not consult or lead from a distance, rather she rolls up her sleeves and works alongside leaders to ensure that strategy, goals, and action plans are aligned with that of the organization. Natasha embodies her coaching skills with every interaction. Her deep listening and thoughtful questions consistently create space for growth and clarity. Both leaders and I have benefited from her guidance.

She builds awareness and connections where everyone feels heard, valued, and included. She uses her keen insight into team dynamics to open lines of communication and harness the power of individual and team strengths. As a result, leaders feel confident and empowered to do their jobs, and team members develop a deeper understanding of themselves, what’s getting in the way of being their best, and how to work together to accomplish shared goals.
