One of Natasha’s many talents is her ability to develop trusting relationships with executive leadership, gaining buy-in through a collaborative consulting process. She has the unique ability to assess situations and navigate through the “noise” to get to root causes. She does not consult or lead from a distance, rather she rolls up her sleeves and works alongside leaders to ensure that strategy, goals, and action plans are aligned with that of the organization.
